It's just the narrative BBC are running with.... again.
City can have all the possession, shots and corner but as long as Palace are winning everyone is happy.
It's painful listening

Possession counts for nothing, only goals matter.

Apart from when they’re banging on about how few touches Haaland has had.

Get a grip khusanov is better?? wtf is that the same player who got sent off and scored two own goals, granted only a kid but still not good enough yet to lace akanjis boots
Khusanov has never been sent off for us, had 1 own goal that wasn't his fault and otherwise been a MOTM every time he has played, winning our player of the month with a record amount of votes. Miles better than today's version of Akanji.

I don't think we played too badly to be honest. Created a number of chances and but for their keeper (who probably should have been sent off) and a poor penalty we should be at least level.

The league game we created a lot by playing through the middle, whereas today we seem to be trying to create from out wide and unfortunately our wide players aren't really doing enough, especially Savinho (though it is tough against a baked defence).

Our CBs are probably seeing a bit too much of the ball though and we really need to get our better ball players more involved.

Anyway, let's try and speed it up a bit 2nd half.

If we can keep creating chances, we should win this.
