The more I see that incident the more incredible it is that the keeper wasn't sent off. It's clear he handles outside the area. The justification was that Haaland was moving away from goal. He wasn't, the ball only went sideways because the keeper pushed it away from Haaland who was in on goal if the keeper had to leave it.
