Because we need to be humble and gracious in losing in a final. Some blues have only known success. I've known a lot more years of failure, so everything we win is a bonus imo.

I have no issue with losing, even a final. But I will not go graciously when I know my sport of choice is now one level up from wwe.

I think it's more about trophies you'd be happy to take to a family do.

I’ve gotten between 180 and 270 extra minutes each week which has been great tbf. Our years with Pep have been fantastic and I’m quite surprised we managed to win 4 in a row when last season was not that great either.

Important thing now that this season really is an exception so we don’t end up like the rags post Ferguson. Next year we have to be back at it again like Liverpool after Klopp and ideally win a trophy or two again. With or without Pep.

Well, to be fair to me, I only joined the dots about 2 hours ago. So, there's that for one.
However, just come with me for a hypothetical.
Let's say that Ortega carried out that manoeuvre... do you really think var would have brushed it away? Our keeper would have been off in an instant.
The penalty was a tricky one for var. The ref gave it because it looked damn convincing, but it wasn't a penalty. Silva went down like a Liverpool winger. But to overturn the refs on-field decision was gonna kick up a massive stink that var couldn't talk their way out of.
There is no way for me to know how we would have lost that game if we had scored the penalty, but the refs can manipulate the game. We've all seen it happen before.
Anyroad, now the handball travesty can be batted away because "but, the penalty?"... as you have just done.

Aside from the normal excuses such as Rodri's injury, age profile of the team, players losing form etc, one of the main things is that teams have sussed us out and worked out how to stop us. And thats midtable sides at that. Football has moved on and Pep needs to have a rethink of how were are now going to play.
He also has to try to get the best out of Haaland.
He's never really looked fluid in a City side, despite the amount of goals he's got.

I really don't care about winning trophies. I do care about being entertained at City games, and I haven't been now for the last couple of seasons.
