I'll be there cheering them on and saying goodbye to KDB.
I'm pondering this though; it might be Pep's last home game too. We can't go on with these fuckin' insipid displays from players who are only in the team out of blind loyalty to those players, and blind loyalty to a system which the manager can't get his chosen players to execute as they have in seasons past.
It doesn't matter that he's signed an extension to his contract; I suspect that Pep will walk if he doesn't get champs league football for next season. Yesterday threw up loads of questions which have been bubbling for a long time, not least around what's going on with Haaland. He didn't take the penalty yesterday presumably because his confidence is shot. Where does that leave the team; our main man, and highest paid player, and the manager responsible for him?
Roll on Tuesday against Bournemouth. 3 points needed as we can't afford to leave the next win until Fulham away - I wouldn't trust this squad to perform at all under more pressure. 3 points should make Champs league qualification pretty secure. But, 3 points will only paper over the cracks for a while.
Major repairs needed with the staff and the manager.

No KDB. No Foden. Seems only 5 minutes ago that they would have been the first names on the team sheet, but, there's no room for sentiment with KDB until the points are in the bag. Ecceveri showed more intent in 15 minutes yesterday than Doku and Savinho combined.
And, don't worry, I know that there's no chance of this selection starting.
