Yes it clearly helps if the people at the top understand the process which would lead to efficiency and prevent from being a bloated company in the first place.Rooting out inefficiency does but managing the change is vital. In both cases it’s people disconnected from the processes saying we don’t need them without any concern or responsibility with the impacts.
