From what I can remember from that end of year interview Khaldoon did, there was a suggestion that if we were cleared then we would swing the hammer of litigation against a number extremely hard.

I was for it back then, but now honestly I’m not sure, might help, but also it may just feed the narrative even more.

We need this decision out on Tuesday. I'd have expected our irrefutable evidence to be so irrefutable it makes the life of the independent level very easy indeed. So the only explanation for the delay is timing and to not interfere with the football season. Get the League presented to the winners, get the play off finals done and let's put this to bed once and for all.

Not exactly sure if this is the place to say this, but surely the rags could very easily fail PSR. They have £400m in debt payable by next year and £300m to pay on their current squad supposedly. But they’re also buying ~£200m worth of players when they can’t pay dinner ladies and are without any European football. Sounds like a recipe for disaster to me. Could be very easy to fail PSR or do a Rangers on it so.
