Hope the rumour that with parachute payments the Prem will save £20m if Sheffield come up isn't a factor in how the officials manage the game.

It'd come in as a nice bonus to cover losing legal costs against us.

To raise awareness of every minute matters, which is critical when someone suffers cardiac arrest. Tom Lockyer of Luton suffered it in a match a couple of years ago before the play off final IIRC.

Sure I've read that Vinnie Jones will be giving a CPR demonstration to make people aware, and perhaps take up CPR training and resuscitation techniques.

Looking forward to these games. Much more visceral than the PL, in fact the EFL could be much much better covered. I'd like to see them run the league during summer instead, we'd all watch that. Feb to November, might even take some supporters with it away from the PL and its overblowness.

So much at stake in the Championship playoffs it can often be a full affair. Sheffield United should win it, but cheering for Sunderland. They've got a young team that will find the PL tough going but deserve to be back in the top division.

Heartbreaking stuff. They were the better team in their semi final; even Mackems fans admit to that. But you need to make it count, and they didn't.
