Very difficult to jump and kick properly whilst keeping your arms behind your back.

If a striker did that it is a freekick, why is it different jumping as a striker than a defender?

By giving players minutes in different positions, particularly young players they become more versatile.

I didn't say we did, arms have always stuck out through the history of football, back in the day it would have been a penalty.

If you done that on the line and stopped a goal, same move.

Is it still not a penalty.

Also easy to say you wouldn't be shouting for a penalty at the other end.
