It's Quiet the £250m return

Dross? He’s been very good recently you tit
Antonio valencia was another player who was fairly average went to United and put st right back and did very well for them. Nunes has done similar and you don't disregard thay simply because they aren't as good as they should have been or expected to be originally. Players willing to fill in anywhere and can do a job are priceless and EVERY team has them. Even the galacticos of real Madrid.

I think there’s a bit of both to be honest. We obviously were interested but the numbers started to spiral. I’d hazard a guess that we had a limit and thought selling pep and the project would be enough but when every club is selling a project the numbers are what provide the difference.
Hazard being the most similar deal…

Poor translation but:

«Galatasaray is interested in Manchester City star Bernardo Silva.
The player and his club were contacted.
There is progress in the transfer...
The player is looking hot...
This transfer is highly likely...»

Gundogan reportedly met with Galatasaray people yesterday and is looking for a house there

Zero chance, pure bullshit
Stays for final year or Benfica, the only options Bernie would now consider

Reading the stuff about Nunes, and I'm a fan of his, but surely can't deny he's had a good two hand fulls of unpressured balls up this season?

Looks good for majority of game then hands a opportunity on a plate. He absolutely cannot be close to a 1st choice player next season. Madness in my opinion to think he can.

He has been considerably better than average, proced vital to saving our season and is improving substantially every game.

He's the second fastest player in the league, he's tall and physical, he has the technical proficiency given hes naturally a midfielder, he has a criminally underrated cross. Shows willingness to run beyond the line off the ball.

What attributes does he lack? Take away the name and his history and look at the player without bias and he's a near perfect fit for what Pep wants in a fullback.

Wow great stat I hadn't realised he was that quick.

I wouldn't worry about him leaving, Pep really rates him.

You've just described Josko Gvardiol. Can he also not be close to being a 1st choice player next season?

He can’t defend for shit unfortunately

I think that's city just saying hands of rodri with a ok we will have bellingham tongue in cheek remark!
I think they are considering (V V V early stage) this because they need a DMF. With that they can accomodate wirtz and have a DMF who is the worlds best. For us also it may not be a bad idea because ultimately non english players likes to go to their own country. RODri has like 2 years left in his contract. He may not sign a new one. He must have that move in the back of his mind. We may not like it buts its the reality .
Bellingham is english but he may not like to come here as well. Complicated indeed.

Galatasaray held a meeting with İlkay Gündoğan in Istanbul.

There had been interest in the player in previous seasons and contact had been made.

In the last meeting in Istanbul, İlkay said he wanted to play for Galatasaray.

The salary he wanted from Galatasaray is 10 million Euros

Gvardiol was pretty formidable at LB throughout the 23/24 season

But as a KB, no Gvardiol shouldn't be 1st choice as he's clearly better suited to CB
