I made a right **** of myself over that, didn't even want him just really jumped into winding up the rags at work. I'd done about 10 siuus the morning before he did a fucking u turn and signed for them. I was glad I finished at 2pm anyway! Did manage to wind one of them up enough to say they hoped his plane crashed with his partner and kids on it on the way to sign for us though! He bought a Ronaldo shirt the week after!

I see Kovacic as exactly the player we should be looking to cash in on. 31 and whilst he's been excellent for us this season, it's been hugely disappointing and he isn't a player we can build a team around or that will carry us to the levels we expect. That might sound harsh, but whilst his semi final performance against Forest stands out, his performance against PSG is the true measure and he was miles off it (as were a few granted).
