TV Series

I think you need to watch it with the right mindset. If you approach it hoping for gritty underworld realism and start getting concerned with its lack of authenticity. Then you probably won’t enjoy it.

If you take it for what it is. A bit of silly, totally over the top pantomime, then it’s great fun.
Agreed. Cliche driven nonsense, Guy Richie has been getting away with it for years.

That’s interesting news Season 1 was outstanding, season 2 a massive disappointment, didn’t bother with S3, enjoyed S4.
Same but I think I only watched 2 eps for S3. I liked S4 but they didn't stick the landing at the end for je.

Apparently they are going to start filming S5 soon but it won't air until 2027!

If Pizzolatto actually does get a script together and gets the greenlight it's probly a good 3 to 4 years away from actually airing.

S1 The Veil

Not bad, got a bit daft at the end. Lots of holes...All set for S2.
Elizabeth Moss with a very good English accent.

Saw The Salt Path. Put me in mind of Gillian Anderson, and remembering that series she did The Fall, with Jamie Dornan. I’ve not watched it back since it first aired but I recall thinking it was ace. Might try a re-watch.

This Mobland is shite. No idea why I'm still watching it. Have to look away whenever Brosnan and Mirren appear. The woman from Afterlife is possibly the worst but her redeeming quality is she's not in it very much.

The show's got Guy Ritchie's greasy little fingerprints all over it.
In your opinion it’s shite, you’re not a mouthpiece for everyone, “Guy Ritchie’s greasy little fingerprints” dear me, that’s a terrible comment on someone who has been involved in very successful film and TV, you may not like him but plenty of others do, live and let live.
