I think we’re ok there, play Khusanov v tough team and Nunes v less able teams. Add that to akanji and Lewis all is good. Let’s get a world class GK in, I really do think with a true world class GK we would have won another CL

He played 32 PL games for Chelsea at right back. James is a great player when fit and there is nothing wrong with having those 2 as RB options.

I like your optimism but we had much bigger problems than our goalkeeper if you mean last season……two years ago we were on a different planet to PSG…..unfortunately the same can be said again for this last season…but not in our favour.

What I meant is that he is basically their utility player. The moment cucu is injured he goes to the left to accommodate James. Would think a player like him wants an absolute starting spot + position.

19 years old, would be u21 so bypass HG rules for for prem (not UCL though).

Would apparentlly be replacing Akanji in the non-HG slot in a few years, or Nunes.

Yeah, I posted it in the Quiet Thread - I was told from Portugal that we enquired about him in recent days/weeks, 60 m Euro RC, but maybe looking to bring that down. I don't know whether it's one for now or the future.

we can't bring any non-hg players anymore, so i assume it's either livramento or bust for now, unless u getting rid of many non-hg players which could happen tbf. spence would be a good alternative, but i think it's even less likely cuz u just know why. personally, i would test the waters with newcastle, let's see if they would accept 70-80m, remember that we paid 50m for walker in '17, which today converts to just about 80m due to inflation, also kyle was 27 and tino is 22 now, so i think in the end it could be a worth deal for potential service of 10 years
