I had to do a thing once at work where we had to say who we'd most like to invite to a dinner party. You know, the kind of vacacious crap corporate types in management like to ask, to shift question away from why they're fidgeting whilst Rome burns.
I said Pep as one of my three guests, because I'm fascinated by how he can constantly revitalise himself and be on it every day. Is it passion? Talent? Diet? What the essence of caring so much, what's his secret? And to be even more engaged when things don't go well, that determination to find a solution. It got labelled as a sports idolisation rather than being recognised for the genuine interest in the true anomaly that is Pep.
I guess i should have said Sun Tzu or Barry from Boyzone like the majority of the mindless morons there.
