Who? It’s not our fault OL is broke and set this price tag and it’s not our fault that Cherki is improving as a player.

The fee is the fee. Why should we go double above it? What happens when they reject that aswell.

if the person who wants something from me gives me easily what I want. Why would I accept it and not ask for more ? Textor would say no if that was our first offer. Lyon has to sell now or they will lose him. They actually need to sell until end of this month as far as I know + they need to pay Cherki 3m too.

Just because you can pay doesn’t mean you have to. Viana is the doing the right thing.
Look at United. The United tax exists because everyone knows they will pay whatever they ask for. I am sure Viana would be able to get Mbuemo for 45m. United fucked up by paying Cunha‘s release clause or whatsoever.
