We’re not.

As I said last night. This is done.

Agreements are in place. Cherki genuinely doesn’t want any other club. Liverpool were worrying about Wirtz and asked again (before they wrapped it up themselves), he said no once again. PSG came again for a second time and he said no again, even being told he’d get a lot more money.

The only way this falls through, is Lyon not following legal requirements in Cherki’s contract.

I’ll have you know that they booted me out because there was a misunderstanding at the karaoke in the clubhouse. I was 6 bottles of Stella and 5 pints in when I tried a duet with one of the singers. She said she’d never heard that version of “Baby it’s cold outside”.

I’ve had to move the tent to the other side of the Aerodrome perimeter fence but can still see what’s happening.

For anyone who is interested, Dundee United won the last Subbuteo Scottish Cup quarter final 1-0 against Hearts and will face Celtic in the semis. Hibs face Rangers in the other semi.
 
Somethings holding things up on transfers to Premier league clubs.... Zubimendi to Arsenal, Wirtz to Liverpool, Reindeers, Cherki and the wolves left back to us all seemingly stalled....all 5 have been linked to City...no surely not.

I've not said City won't pay the asking price haha! I've asked "have we even bid the asking price yet" in response to a poster claiming Lyon were now doubling their original asking price hahaha

Are you just looking for an argument? The quotes are there

Yeah it’s almost like all the good players are on international duty which means medicals aren’t getting competed until after for most of them. Strange.

That begs the obvious question; if we do want him (and it seems we do, otherwise we've all been taken for mugs!), would we be prepared to gamble and wait for the next transfer window? "Gamble", as in trust that Barca, RM, dips, Bayern or whoever don't come in and offer the asking price (or even more, to gazump us) this summer? I can't honestly see it.

Was hoping it would all be settled well before Monday. Didn't want him playing for France again tomorrow.

the "next transfer window" in the tweet is referring to this summer. The one starting in July.
