Updates I’ve heard on everything since last week:

As we know about Reijnders and Ait Nouri. Reijnders medical is tomorrow morning. Ait Nouri finished today, signed his contract this afternoon. They’ll probably drop the signing content early next week on the OS.

Cherki. Third time putting this about him but everyone’s getting their knickers in a twist over it not being announced by the big ITK’s. It’s fine. It’s done. Stop worrying if you are. He’s had 2 other teams come in for him last minute (as I’ve put on my other posts) and he said no instantly. PSG offered a lot more money and he said no because Pep had already sold it to him. He’s a man of his word and I can’t wait to see him put on that city shirt!

Once Cherki is all wrapped up and the inks on the paper, we’re putting our foot down and accelerating for Livramento. Heard Newcastle want like £90m for him which is understandable (being English, young and clubs trying to make us overpay still). He really wants to come here too. Arsenal have had a sniff around but he’s told them no unless we don’t go in for him. I expect us to make tracks on this during the Club World Cup, Newcastle are going to stick their heels in. But I’m confident.

As Tolm said the other day, we’re definitely still interested in MGW. He wants to come here and heard Phil’s been down his ear asking him to come too (seeming as they’re best mates). Might be a tricky one with what they’re asking for.

Heard a few on outs too. Obviously Jack we know is looking for a new club. Looking like Everton or Villa (loan) more now after Newcastle balked at his wage demands. Stones has spoke to Moyes and has his eyes on a move back there and may not be included in the CWC squad. If Galatasaray offer anything at all for Gundo, he’s gone too. Definite interest. Ederson still wants to leave for Saudi and Pep saying that he’s staying was a show of confidence because no Saudi clubs have come back in for him yet. Bernardo is definitely staying for this year.

The only club who is showing some obvious interest at Leao is Munich. And even they don’t wanna offer more than 50 - despite Milan wanting 70+. Leao is extremely inconsistent. I can see why he is STILL at Milan how hard is sounds.

the 4 signings I cared about, 3 are done and Livermento is gonna be a summer slog

MGW I couldn't care less about, being Fodens mate or not, not arsed if he signs or doesn't and the goalie situation seems to be eddie stays or not and we have a plan.

I'm guessing if we get cherki on top of the other 2 sigings these could be the only signings made til maybe mid july -aug then we might re visit mgw and possibly a right back.The club already stated all signings will be done in time for cwc.Window re opens on 16th June but we will be competing in this tournament for 4 to 5 weeks which means the rest of our business might be later in the window.
