At least that performance will bring a bit of realism to those who judged him on 30min the other night

Today he gave the ball away easily a couple of times (and not when trying something impressive) and didn't look like he wanted to work off the ball. Other times he kept the ball moving well but nothing special.

Not at all.

I’m just not desperately trying to make myself sound like a professional talent scout as I’ve never seeing him play live and never seen him in Pep’s team - doubt you have either.

Seen so many try hards commenting like yourself over the years - including acting like De Druyne or Haaland wouldn’t be good enough for us. I’ve also seen plenty of your own posts “evaluating” players and teams which of course turned out to be completely bollocks.

Our treble season…

Does no body else not find this Wirtz/Cherki twitter bollocks a bit sad.

I am all for a bit of piss taking but posting every touch that either has ballsed up repeardly is tedious, neither of them are even confirmed yet.

And I m not going to even mention the nicknames the arseholes on that site have coined as one is disgraceful and out of order

Talented player in ‘has a quiet game’ shocker….

One of my biggest pet peeves about the game is the absolute overhype of every player that kicks a ball. There’s dickheads (both City and scouse) all over twitter putting together ‘fail comps’ of wirtz and cherki and declaring one or the other the second coming of Pele, it’s fucking exhausting.

Thankfully I'm not on Twatter to look at all that nonsense.

Having said that, It's bad enough on here with the whole Wirtz v Cherki thing. It's so fucking childish. My dad is bigger than your dad.

If Wirtz goes to Liverpool so be it, If we end up getting Cherki so be it...Wirtz can score 20 goals a season at the dippers next season, Cherki can score 2. As long as we lift silverware at the end of it that's the main thing.
