I do get your point, and others who have tried to rationalise it. In principle, sure, of course. But that's two whole floors of circa 1300m2 each, with no windows at all on any of the 4 sides. At this scale though, with this amount, and this type of construction - sorry, it is counterintuitive at best, and odd at the least.
But like the rest of you, can't wait to actually experience it in person!
The somewhat positive of it I guess is they clearly know what they want from it and what they have planned inside it, to commit to that ay this point. And I have checked back through the amendmet of August '24, they have indeed covered the change to glazing at that point. Well, to the west elevation, to the east one facing the square, the approved ammendment showed two portions at either end of solid, on L3 and none on L4, somewhat different from what is being built.
