And anyhow plenty want the following: to see those that arouse their envy, and those they hate and fear, actively suffering. Suffering.

Not how to social benefit for as many Americans as possible — a pathway about which both parties have regularly disagreed. That isn’t the fight anymore.

It’s the many, many Trump supporters who want active, visceral suffering of others vs. everyone else.

I mean, imagine what it must be like... Trump being a narcissist does not seem to remember that US have over 50 naval bases through allies that he is trying to put unnecessary pressure on, imagine the taps on the shoulder to say "Mr President, I would strongly advise you to not upset....*insert here*"

No way is he ever making another term. He's like watching a rag manager slowly decline and age.
The self induced stress is showing in every interview. The Musk spat has really affected him.
I don't think he would be re-elected anyway, but what happens when that happens needs to be planned for.

Honestly, how has America let this happen?
 
Every week there seems to be something manufactured to get Joe Public to forget about the car crash from the week before. We have civil unrest starting to creep into more cities across the US. It draws attention away from Musk outing him about his relationship with Epstein. Kicking off with Musk draws attention away from him crashing the world economy and his free Boeing 747 from the Qataris, who remembers this peace deal that was supposed to be happening with Russia and Ukraine? The cease fire in Gaza, that went well didnt it?

Has he done anything in his first five months that’s worthy of any praise?

He’s done absolutely zero that I can see, the tariffs are due next month, nit a single deal signed off, I think big trouble ahead when this parade happens he’s already said they will not stand for demos, he will turn it into you hate our military and disrespect when it’s him who does that.

I wonder how far he will push it with the military and mobilising the national guard to cities where they clearly aren’t wanted? What do the people at the top of the military quietly think of what he’s doing and how far will they eventually obey the commander and chief? Will there be a military coup in the greatest democracy on the planet by November 2028?

China and Japan are doing joint exercises in the Pacific, so he’s pushed them closer together, which might not have been his number one plan…

Yes. It’s a step by step playbook takeover of govt, justice and now the military. Fascist Dictators are good at that.

Trouble is he’s replaced all the good ones with yes men, he’s openly said he wanted generals like Hitler had! His joint chief said he would kill for him, but there must be people one step down who don’t disagree. That military parade could be really overshadowed by protests and bring this all to a head.

well last night I saw a clip of him speaking at Ft Bragg and everytime he mentioned Newsome or Biden etc all the troops booed - they are a partisan fighting force who if deployed will wreak havoc on the American public
