I return to my brethren to present another masterpiece in enraging the scousers. To have a good afternoon, read the comments and quotes

They've also got the second most expensive striker in PL history too after Lukaku in Nunez, a guy who was better than Haaland yet 3 years later cant even get off the bench and they can't shift.

To be entirely fair to them though, all their players play for free.

On that theme - and of course accepting the truth of the thousands of posts that emphasise that they have no interest in CITY - we mean nothing to them................

The PR machine is in full effect, the 'nothing to see here' twats ... the way they report is as if they've barely spent anything, or the deals are all minor deals, is bizarre. Sad when they also pay the media to trot it out, it's such on insidious way of making it look like they are the plucky underdogs who aren't buying titles because 'look, other teams have spent more than us!'. They've spent a fucking FORTUNE since January, can only hope Guardiola's heart isn't in it anymore and they tail off as soon as fucking possible.

That absolute weapon on the Overlap City fan trotting out they 'pulled out' of the Wirtz deal and could have also got Virgil but 'pulled out' because they couldn't afford it. I don't know if these pricks genuinely believe that shite, or they get PAID to spread it?

Also ... "I am ecstatic to be signing for Manchester City," Reijnders said. "City are one of the biggest teams in the world, with the best coach, world-class players and outstanding facilities. "Under Pep Guardiola, City have won so many titles and I want to help keep that going with a lot more success in the coming years."

Do they honestly think we don't know that was written for him by the suits?? Who fucking talks like that? Absolute shite club with zero identity.

So sad and bitter

Probably written by a dipper who raved about their signing of Darwen fucking Nunes.

A fucking weird cult for sure.

They’re already trotting out the “Wirtz rejected City” & “ he didn’t want to play for the 115 Crooks” they’re hilarious!!

Well if they've spent the Premier leagues £100m winning money, they we are way behind their spending after winning on the trot for four years!

Apparently:
Nolito was so good we signed him twice in 2016.
Jesus was so good we signed him in 2016 and 2017.
Zinchenko was so good we signed him in 2017, 2018 and again in 2021.
Due to Covid in 2020 we signed the same 6 players as from the previous year as they were that good.
Palmer was that good in our academy we signed him in 2021.
In 2023 we apparently signed Baptiste … had to look him up https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jamal_Baptiste
Signed for free, loaned to Lommel, released.

I’m sure there’s other whoppers I’ve missed.

I can only presume the chap has used a scouse knock-off of ChatGPT to compile that list:
ChatShitGPT

Side note: was in Salisbury today, wearing my City T-shirt (maroon ish, small badge on front, CITYZENS on the back), when I was walking past a dustbin lorry from the back, and the operator looked at me in an odd way… bit further on, turned and saw that the cab had a crappy Liverpool fc sign and an imitation Anfield street sign in it… make your own jokes.
Wiltshire area is an unexpected and unwanted hive of Liverpool supporters.

We also seemingly signed Cole palmer in 2021 from our own academy... wonder how much that cost us.

That wasn't a first either though as in 2018 we signed Muric again from our own academy...

For a club who famously have lived off the coutinho money for a decade, you'd think they would grasp the basic concept of money coming into the club via sales and success to fund acquisitions.

Article reads like a not particularly bright rattled 13 yr old trying to argue a point they dont have. Its frankly embarrasing if thats not written by a child, even more so when you consider this is likely somebody who is either currently making a living as a "writer" or aspires to do so.

You can smell the desperation seeping out of every word. If it wasn't so utterly tragic it would be hilarious. It's as if a plastic scouser is trying to imitate TY from AFTV.

Looks like we signed the same six players in 2020 as we sign in 2019.

How these guys finished the league last season suggests to me they don't have the elite mentality to be back to back champions.
Or they were clever..resting players as much as possible. They coasted the league and effectively had 10 x weeks rest...genius planning. Slott is a million x better then bingo...tough year again for us blues v "this lot"
