PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

It going to be weird once it actually lands and we get through the immediate aftermath.

We’ll be so used to having something to worry about that (god willing we’re cleared) it will take some getting used to when we don’t have 115 hanging over our head.
Oh don’t worry they’ll think of something else to try and stick on us,in my opinion it’ll not end while we are winning trophies and certain teams missing out on the gravy train that is champions league..

That’s my worry as well, they’ll never leave us alone as we’re too much of a cash cow for them.
We need too get nasty with them.

A long read on the inevitable questions about inevitable appeals. EXPLAINED: 115 - when, what and how? A guide to the inevitable appeals

Stefan, thanks for an excellent explanation of this very complex procedure.

One question, and I realise that you can only surmise.
Do you think that Masters and the rest of the PL knew just how difficult it would be to prove any guilt in such a complex case?

You can be sure they will cook up another 'crisis' or 'scandal' from somewhere
It’ll be a charge for overpricing fans on the basis that if they’ve reduced prices on match tickets they were obviously unduly expensive before …

Every corner the rags turn is to the right and thus they keep on getting smaller and smaller and smaller, eventually disappearing up big Jim’s fundament.
You are correct it is not circular, maybe it represents the result of their repeated decisions that effectively eventually use up all their cash.

No PL rule changes will help continual mistakes that Mr Macawber warned of all those years ago and Colin (Prestwich) lucidly posted a few days ago.
As you say the black hole of no money.
