FIFA Club World Cup 2025 | Day 1 & 2 | 14/15 June '25

I've got the free DAZN stream on but haven't seen a single in game advert. I thought the free version had ads like a YouTube stream?

They're making a notoriously difficult team to break down look amateur. Said PSG will stroll this tournament from the off. They'll smash everyone.

Auckland FC as well, they're top of the A-league at the moment.
Auckland FC is a completely different club to Auckland City. A league has finished and is professional (and was won by Melbourne City). It is also a member of the AFC (Asian Condederation).

Auckland City play in the NZ Northern League, they are amateurs and are members of Oceania Confederation.

Yeah, if they play as they can i cant see anyone stopping them.
With a few more additions and time for players to bed in, i'd like to think we'd be capable of giving them a game later in the new season

Yes I know, thats why they and Wellington were mentioned. The conversation was regarding professional Kiwi teams playing in the A-League, meaning Auckland City were the best of the rest and because of such it felt right that they're sharing half the prize money with the rest of the league.

I don't think we lay a glove on them anytime soon, they're multiple levels above us.

When I was over there I watched Napier City v Auckland City… The standard was atrocious. The Napier coach was ex Everton striker Brett Angel. He told me that many of the players took up football quite late as most schools don’t cater for them.
