Fixtures Calendar - 2025/26

I saw one where we were away at Newcastle on the Monday. Amazed leaked lists get the time of day!

I hope the first one is away, mind, as I’m on holiday!
Yeah Newcastle away on Monday night and last game away to Palace I think. Literally every single fixture for the whole season has already been leaked.

Be happy with that, me. Get a tough one out of the way and then let the rivals go there when the season is really in swing.

The basic concept is true though, we all play each other twice.

It's all about birthdays for me. Not had a game on my birthday for as long as I can remember.

Yep, I see Chelsea away and Villa at home both in May on that one - gotta be honest every year I always look first at how easy/difficult the last 6 games are.

Isn't that down to us requesting our first game to be away, to give the pitch extra time to recover from the summer's concerts? Not this summer, obviously (with the construction work going on).
It is both, as in 2014/15 the ground wasn't ready for fans in the South Stand for the Liverpool game which we played 2nd due to the roof being completely open in some sections and it pissing down.

They will want as much time as possible this summer to ensure as much roof work has been completed before the building site has to be secured. Going from a football ground to a building site and back has a big impact on the programme, and you would bet City would ask for an away LC draw if they could.

Going to predict something radical here; we're going to play the other n-n-n-n- nineteen teams home and away.

Damn, but I'm good. I even surprise myself with just how good I actually am.
Tbf an easy start or finish can make the difference
The cult were handed a ludicrously easy start last year that helped them build momentum
We had an easy finish that allowed us to scrape a CL place

I always prefer as softer ending than start, but there are pros and cons to either.

Pretty sure there was a period though Liverpool had us, Spurs and Arsenal as part of their run.

The old they all play each other twice is pretty much all there is to it.
