PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

There's 0% probability that the verdict won't leak about 16 seconds after the club/PL find out.

No chance on weeks
It depends who's been told and how. If Khaldoon and Simon Cliff were privately told, and to keep it strictly to themselves, then I'd say there's every chance it doesn't leak.

There was simply too much noise around March/April and a trusted source gave me some very specific information then as well.

If they know, the PL know. And there's 0% chance that the PL could keep this quiet no matter the result.

I know plenty of pretty specific information.

given the amount of links from the panel and the lawyers to arsenal i'd have thought if it was known then one or two at arsenal might know too?

Weird how you just won't let that go.

Despite how clearly unthinkable it is.

Looks like it is this daft roud on the roundabout all over again. The same people claiming the same nonsense, the same people arguing it. Over and over.

The verdict wasnt handed to anyone in March. Nobody is sitting on shit. It would be utterly irresponsible from either side to do so.

I agree with @Prestwich_Blue on this particular argument.

Nothing is black and white within football. Complete law onto themselves as we have seen with Chelsea under Abromivch and most recently with hotels/women’s team.

Khaldoon knows how this is going to play out. I believe that 100%. He has informed the people he needs to keep the club functioning and moving forward. It is unthinkable that the new stand and player recruitment would happen with a guilty verdict.

Those Pep press conferences around that time told its own story.

He might not have the full written verdict. Read the room. I have and it’s clear that purely legal judgment has not been published. That don’t mean he don’t know. I don’t know why people can’t see this.

This is interesting: we all want to know what the outcome is but increasingly we want to know why we are having to wait so long to find out. I know Stefan has counselled against impatience all along and his is an opinion which has to be respected, but he believes that it is imminent. PB has given us reasons to believe that the outcome was known to a very select few in March and PB's view is also to be respected. All of which raises the question of who may be delaying the publication of the judgement and, more importantly, why. As has been argued frequently if Khaldoon has known the outcome for 3 months or even a few days he seems very relaxed about it. He doesn't seem to be suffering agonies of guilt! IF ...
