You said he was overhyped. I strongly disagree with that.
You only have to to look at how he turned the games against us the other year when we went out on penalties against Madrid. We should have been out of sight and had played them off the park. He dragged them back into the tie. That was in his twilight years.

That's why I personally don't want to lose Perrone.. he's an amazing deep lying playmaker that could replace Modrid.

Modric will go down as one of the best box-to-box midfielders of his generation

I'd keep him. Lots of new faces, need a few who will keep standards high off and on pitch.

Also, can use him how he was meant to be used this year (hopefully), to control games from the bench after we get a couple up and as rotation.

He's still class, with the right players round him.
