Na, sorry mate, it is not a sash.

If we are going to be technical a sash would wrap over on both sides. I get that is not practical and wouldn't work with the numbers and previous 'sash' kits didn't do that either.

But it at least has to 'look' like it does that, that it drapes over. to look like a sash. This one just doesnt, by stopping short beloe the shoulder. Previous versions looked the part.

The difference between the umbro and puma versions of the same kit is staggering.

Matter of taste and all, but bet the umbro one divides opinion far far less.

The puma one seems to have a 'ok it just about works as a sash kit' to it at best, outright disgust at the other end.

I can't recommend a seller yet but I've just ordered the home 2nd and 3rd shirts for £35.95 after asking a few questions to @Damocles in PM.

Seller I bought from is man202558.

If shirts are too small I'll sell them on and order shirts in a bigger size. But for 12 quid a shirt it's worth taking a gamble on.

The Umbro kits were so much better. The black and gold a particular highlight

I'm one of the older City fans and i love a good sash. My favorite City away kit is the royal blue with the red a d white sash from the early seventies. I think the two kits City have worn at the CWC have looked really good and the white kit should be our third kit for the upcoming season instead of that grey and green monstrosity.

Not only that, the red and black stripe on the shorts don't continue the flow of the stripe on the kit. As they are the wrong way round. The black stripe on the shorts should be on the right of the leg and the red stripe on the shorts should be left of the leg.

Black & Red stripe from (R to L) on top
Black stripe (R) Red stripe on (L) on shorts

instead our CWC away kit has:-

Black & Red stripe from (R to L) on top
Red stripe on (R) Black stripe on (L) on shorts

Puma really do struggle with stripes on all our kits, abandoning them completely when it comes to stripes on sleeves in the past.
