Kolo is apparently only part of the coaching staff for the CWC? Hope he stays, seems to have clicked really well and would be good to continue riding the wave of positivity.

It seems like the squad and Pep have been lifted and reenergised by the addition of these three. The whole group looks and acts like a close knit team again. Long may it continue.

I think Pep will make it happen, you can see how much he likes Kolo, proper embraces a few times when we scored last night, people forget about how good a footballer he was as well.

I agree Jim. Not only that our summer and January signings are settling in well in getting to know their teammates and how Pep wants them to play which bodes well going into next season.

This tournament has actually given us a proper pre-season compared to last Year imo, hopefully we dont burn out over the season because I think we will start very very well this time round

I agree, the players are getting to know each other and bonding on and off the pitch.

I have thought about burn out myself but as long as we have enough quality cover in each position we should be OK for next season. I just hope we don't trim our squad size too much because of what happened last season with all the injuries through fatigue and burn out.
