I'd bang the shithouse up for inciting violence and at the same time, free Lucy Connolly.Do Bob Vylan actually believe what they're saying or was is it all for publicity to make a ahit load of cash?
They could have walked off the stage, as much of the UN representation did when Netanyahu got up to speak recently. Still, this is not a political thread.Do Bob Vylan actually believe what they're saying or was is it all for publicity to make a ahit load of cash?
Ordinarily not my type of music, but they put on a very good set.Just watched Blossoms on Iplayer.
What a band.
can't say I listen to them very much but along with pulp one of only a couple of bright spots before trying to get my head round a dreary bunch of Saturday headline sets...Just watched Blossoms on Iplayer.

The acts this year have been shite.can't say I listen to them very much but along with pulp one of only a couple of bright spots before trying to get my head round a dreary bunch of Saturday headline sets...
FOCThe acts this year have been shite.
Never even heard of half of them.
Heart of Gold on repeat apparently........ ;-)Just what did people expect Neil to do?
I’ll second that.I'd bang the shithouse up for inciting violence and at the same time, free Lucy Connolly.
Must be fucking old if he's never heard of Neil Young or Rod Stewart..........FOC
:)
No-one had heard of the name Bob Vylan before yesterday.Do Bob Vylan actually believe what they're saying or was is it all for publicity to make a ahit load of cash?
I thought Raye was very very good, as were her band/orchestra. I'm looking forward to seeing what she produces on her second album.I loved Ezra Collective - a phenomenal group of musicians with a delightfully inclusive vibe. The crowd grew throughout their set and the atmosphere was beautiful.
I thought Raye was outstanding - great voice, great backing, wonderful set, lyrically relevant.
There is so much great music being produced today that it saddens me that so many of my peers are still stuck in the music of their youth, decrying the music of today in exactly the way their parents did, and their grandparents before them.
Neil Young has sold 65 million albums.Wife flicked over from Neil Young and it was like wtf. Is that what passes for music these days. Charlie XCX ain’t getting anywhere near Neil Youngs 28 million record sales.
If you liked those two check out Floating PointsBest I’ve seen upto now have been Maribou State and the excellent Caribou
Both played great sets
