Glastonbury 2025

I loved Ezra Collective - a phenomenal group of musicians with a delightfully inclusive vibe. The crowd grew throughout their set and the atmosphere was beautiful.
I thought Raye was outstanding - great voice, great backing, wonderful set, lyrically relevant.

There is so much great music being produced today that it saddens me that so many of my peers are still stuck in the music of their youth, decrying the music of today in exactly the way their parents did, and their grandparents before them.

They could have walked off the stage, as much of the UN representation did when Netanyahu got up to speak recently. Still, this is not a political thread.

No-one had heard of the name Bob Vylan before yesterday.

Now they're a big story in the news, but not because of anything to do with their profession.

There's your answer.

Say/do daft things = get attention, and likely make money out it. The modern world.

I thought Raye was very very good, as were her band/orchestra. I'm looking forward to seeing what she produces on her second album.

Neil Young has sold 65 million albums.

But he only has 2 billion Spotify streams compared to Charlie XCXs 10 billion.
