That’s a pathetic price for the England U21 Euros winning captain.Mcatee price set @ £25m according to Jack Gaughan

I agree that we undervalue our players, gittens has no where near as much talent or potential as Mcatee.Sick of saying this but the £25m quote is yet another example of us undervaluing our players. Gittens is £55m and isn't in the same league as mcatee. I know his contract reduces the price dramatically but that's still a pitance. If we were looking to buy the England u-21 captain, we'd be quoted at least double what we're looking at getting.
We haven’t sold him yet. He is older than Gittens with a less contract and it’s not overpaying Chelsea looking to buy McAtee. Plus we will be incerting buy back and sell on and bonuses.Sick of saying this but the £25m quote is yet another example of us undervaluing our players. Age is negligible, not as if one is pushing 30. Chelsea aren't overpaying, it's market value, we just sell below it so often that it's making you think they're overpaying. Quansah going for £35m, jobe bellingham went to dortmund for £30m after a year in the championship, we're interested in livramento and numbers are starting at £70m, there's many examples of other young less talented english players going for more than we sell ours for.We haven’t sold him yet. Loads of rival fans have said how can we be getting so much for your players that we don’t even play. In fact cut many said the same on here some how it’s different this summer or maybe it’s since Palmer left
Lavia is a very good player but never fit, Delap lightyears away from being the quality to get n our sideAge is negligible, not as if one is pushing 30. When is the last time a buy back clause benefitted us? They cost us money every transfer and we never benefit from them. We had a buyback on Lavia that we couldn't even exercise, we had a buy back on delap who went for well under his value and we didnt benefit from it in any way. Meanwhile, every time we include one, we lose out on extra transfer fee. Clubs buying from us are probably asking for buy back clauses to be included to reduce the cost, knowing there's little to no downside for them.
Why would we care what rival fans say? They understandably haven't got a clue about our youngsters on the fringes, the same way i haven't got a scooby about other teams rising stars either. There's multiple examples of us selling academy players and within a very short period, they're being valued or even sold on for significantly more.
I don’t care what rival fans think I am just point out that people have very different options on our ability to sell at the best possible price in fact here has been very positive in recent times about our ability to sell. Until possibly Palamer. I think I specifically remember Buzunu and Gunn as examples.Age is negligible, not as if one is pushing 30. I'm always amazed how triggered some of you get by random posts on social media, you then seem to accept them as facts.
Also, McAtee will be leaving for a reason, he's not as good as some of you seem to think.
The dip will be asking for north of £40m for Elliott I suspect, yet we're reportedly prepared to take £25m????
When you consider Birmingham paid £20m for Stansfield it's ridiculous.
Not just McAtee no, but that said Gaughan said MORE than £25 million and yet people are posting as if he's already gone for exactly £25 mill. The same for Elliot, who social media are claiming the murderers want £40 mill for, but no one has actually bid that have they?If your post is about Mcatee then its Jack Gaughan who has mentioned the fee?
WHAT DO YOU MEAN TRIGGERED?!?!I'm always amazed how triggered some of you get by random posts on social media, you then seem to accept them as facts.
