This is a new low for supposedly the leading sports news company in the country. Even in the quote that they've cut, it's obvious to anybody with basic primary school level comprehension skills that he's talking in hypotheticals and hasn't "admitted" anything. This one seems very deliberate to try and make this into something it clearly isn't and not just the normal level of incompetence we sadly expect from them. Most people won't have and will not see the press conference but they will see that headline and that'll become the truth similarly to all the morons that believe pep genuinely threatened to quit over squad size, despite him having to point out it was a joke. Thats still being peddled as genuine.

really hope Pep takes them to town in the next conference on this shite as he did to that chancer who said we hadn't won anything last season, last week. Although, I'd prefer it if City just put a blanket ban on sky reporters being in attendence or at least asking questions if they can't outright ban them until they can show an acceptable level of professionalism to warrant the right to report.

Tbh we would be waiting forever to see sly demonstrate " professionalism " where comments regarding City are involved.

Their primary reason d'etre is to feed the rag and dipper braindeads their daily doses of pure fantasy and hype.

True. Its why I'd always recommend anyone ditch the fuckers. Stream it all for free. Don't give them a penny.

It's a nothing story, summarising the NYT article.

Absolutely nobody on Earth has ever for a single second said that Sheikh Mansour "stays away from politics". He's the Vice President of the UAE and considered their chief diplomat.

The Mill does some good stuff tbf but its in built biases also run right through their content
Literally set up by a southern former student rag and has previously published a number of fawning articles about FC tribute act and united fans. While never missing the chance to stick the boot in on City and our owners
The founder left a previous job in the states under a cloud over allegations of predatory sexual behaviours- while unironically continuing to accuse others of similar conduct

I’m not sure who is paying talksport for these promotional ads for the CWC?Be it C5,DAZN,or whoever,..I really think they need to have a word!They’re paying good money,to have these ads run on a radio station,yet all the presenters of said radio station,cannot manage a positive word about the competition between them!?WTAF?!I’d be looking for a serious discount,after some of the shit that’s been spoken on air…I seriously would!

Taking the money in one hand while slagging it off,if you were the bosses at Dazn or Ch5 you’d be getting on the blower to them and asking what the fuck..
