That seems incredible value for Dumfries but he's virtually a right winger, often Inter's most advanced player.

Not sure our issue of being easily countered would be helped.

I'd rather a right back that defends first and foremost, but at that value you couldn't argue.

Dumfries isn't significantly better than Nunes. Same with Livarmento. There is no need for desperation.

We don't necessarilly need a long term answer this summer given where the market is with RB's.

At this price we can give him a 3-4 year deal, and find a long-term answer and address the need instantly.

He has pace, intelligent, and is an upgrade on what we have.

Could we potentially convert Walker to a center back for the season to address the HG issue and use him when necessary?

Attack is best form of defence he can't be that bad if got to two CL finals in 3 years. Getting a world class GK in should be priority
