Manchester Airport police assault trial | Man found guilty of assaulting two female police officers

State of that suit their lawyer is wearing. Vibes of My Cousin Vinny?
Better Call Saul. He was born in M/cr, grew up in Livpl then moved to Glasgow. He's got his own programme on BBC Scotland, The Firm. Fair to say he's a media hound and there will be many court steps interviews. Andy Garcia's Jimmy the Saint without the charm imo. He represented Shagger Sheridan in the swingers club case in Swinton Cupid's when a handful of Scots Trots had a jolly to spread socialism behind their wives backs.

Having read the reports from the court proceedings about the run up to the incident where the bellend got booted in the head I can completely sympathise with the officer who did it. Although his training should probably have stopped him, the provocation was extreme. If anyone deserved a good kicking it was that ****.

It has also become clear why it took so long to investigate and come to court with multiple incidents happening in various places in the airport. Based on the evidence so far it certainly looks like those brothers should be locked up for a long time, and the copper should be back at work (not sure if he already is).

It would also be nice if some of the nobheads who were complaining about two tier justice and comparing clear rioting incidents last August, where swift justice was meted out, to this incident to admit they were wrong.

More context than a 20 second phone filmed moment of drama everyone got so enraged about. Its a tough job, cant do right for doing wrong. Having been there, too many times, I hope he gets back to work soon and I hope these knobbers get shown up at court, which is the ultimate end point for bullshitters.

These Pair need shooting, fuckin verminous Cunts
The brass neck cheek of this pair is unbelievable.
They have denied all charges against them, and claim that they acted in self defence,or defence of each other.
Fortunately the prosecution has told the jury that they won't need to rely on eye witness accounts to reach their verdicts,as everything that happened that day is on CCTV and they will be able to see what actually happened on film.
How fucking thick must these two be to assault various people at an airport where the whole place is covered by multiple cameras.
Hopefully a long custodial sentence at His Majesty's Pleasure for the pair of them.

Why have they employed a human rights specialising lawyer and instructed Imran Khan KC to represent. Imran Khan is an excellent barrister I would have him in a heaetbeat btw. I just hope this isnt going to become a race based circus

Another change of career for the former cricketer and President of Pakistan?

I wonder why it’s taken so long?
Stuff like this always takes an age, especially when the CPS has to be very careful due to the amount of public interest and the defendants were pleading innocence.

Then there was the investigation into the officers, which would’ve impacted the investigation.

It was always coming, just a matter of when.

Fair enough mate, thanks for the explanation.
