You'd be hard pressed to find one of those areas in Singapore, Tokyo, Kyoto, Saigon, Brisbane, Perth or Sydney.

It's mental to me how much they managed to change and clear up the crime levels etc in New York in a small space of time, but Manchester Council haven't been able to do anything about Piccadilly Gardens. It's clearly a tactic of keeping the undesirables in one place to keep an eye on them, which is unfair on every tax paying fucker or tourist who has to walk past there. Its a disgrace
