I am neither new, nor wish to post a picture of my member. What I will do is share a confession that could blow this forum, so fingers on the back up servers!

I blame that nice @City_Shirts with all his fancy City shirts, unsurprisingly. Signed shirts from Sergio, David, Yaya, Colin Michel...... I could never afford a signed shirt from someone who'd donned the famous sky blue, could I?

September a shirt comes up on evil bay with some mad printing on the back, signed by a 21st century Manchester City centre forward, £10 including postage. I was all over it like a spinster at a wedding buffet.

I got a matching football signed card in the vague hopes of framing it in a display if I ever get a man cave.

Perhaps my hubris angered the great footballing gods, and we had something of an off season. Apologies all round for that. Sorry about that ....

The player, that I jinxed our entire season on? Step forward Wilifred Bony!

I will endeavour to learn lessons from this, mostly through watching 1970s Doctor Who. No hard feelings???

The amount of posters on here that have been a member for a decade or more, and have maybe a couple of hundred posts is staggering*. They've been on here through the most momentous period in the club's history. Yet they've barely posted on the Centurions, fourmidables, treble winners and the 4peat. Yet go on the match thread when we lose a game, and they're there in all their glory.

*Which is their right, of course. It just raises suspicions about who they actually support. 200 posts? I'd post that much before lunch!

I Find this quite funny if someone wondered who I support because of my own post count.I post very little and been on here 8yrs since I retired.I consider myself lucky and keep busy.I don't use twitter or anything like that.Been to over 1200 games watching City home and away but don't feel the need to share all my thoughts and experiences with everyone but do respect peoples opinions and views.All the best,just having my lunch ;)
