PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Why when any discussion about other clubs why are the greatest club in PL league history dragged into it. Because we are MANCHESTER CITY

The original statement was:

He followed up with statements that this was communicated to the club in March/April.

PB clearly upgraded his historic sense of confidence to a binary - the case is decided and the PL have requested a delay (and City have agreed given the case was decided months ago). It was not expressed that City are merely confident ("pretty certain" in this backtrack) of the outcome. So spare me the comments on society. If PB is now saying the result has not been communicated by the panel and the PL have not asked for months of delay to publication of such a decision, then I agree. It hasn't and they haven't.

My "allegation" wasn't against you. Although it is interesting you think it was. You are a grown man and can fight your corner in what is simply a disagreement between you and another poster. And if it was against you, I would have @ 'ed you in my post in view of your contributions on here. I am no shrinking violet.

It was against the KFAs who assess what they hear on here and then say with absolute certainty that their assessment is the only truth. That wrankles with me. It should wrankle with you as well as you are on the wrong end of it as well sometimes. I could have listed them in my post but I didn't see the point. I think it's pretty clear.

Honestly, it's getting more like Twitter on here. Limited intellects and thin skins. And just to be clear, the limited intellect jibe wasn't aimed at you (see what I did there?) :)

It can become a chore reading the swathes of posts from folk not truly knowing what is going on.
But, isn't that all of us at the moment?
Even the folk in the know of how legal matters progress and develop (or have media connections) don't actually have a Scooby on what the outcome is going to be, or when they will be published.
There are no ITKs on this thread. There are the 'In The Hows', however, and they are very helpful in explaining the process as best they know.
So, in conclusion, it matters not what is posted here in "certainty". All the posts are just a sliding scale of best guesses. If you walk in accepting that, the thread gets a lot easier to navigate.
That's also why every 5 pages it veers off at a tangent and a discussion breaks out on the best flavour of vol-au-vent, or some other randomness.
Anyway, as we were.

We won’t know until the out come is announced I reckon but it doesn’t stop us discussing it, bit like armchair dippers and rags who are convinced they’re so much ITK that we’re definitely guilty cos they read it on Facebook. Got back to hotel after semi final some Forest fans in bar first thing out of their mouths 115, felt I had to inform them that they follow a bunch of cheating twats that admitted guilt.
