Not just a fantastic footballer, but an amazing man. What he went through with his son, yet continued to travel back and forwards to Spain, and still put in high quality performances. Amazing player and person.

15 years since he arrived. The best player I’ve ever seen play for us, and one of the best the league has seen. Even the rags didn’t hate him as a rival, a quiet and begrudging respect was shown to him.
