From what I’ve seen, I don’t think he’s a Premier League player. Certainly not a top level one

He had plenty of time on the field at Sheffield United and still didn't break through when he came back. He's had his chance at City but never quite made it.

He's a good player but (unlike Cole Palmer) has never been good enough for a regular place at elite level. He's a mid-table player at best imo.

Hutchinson has a release clause of 40mil so I expect Ipswich will hold out for that. He also has more than 1 year left on his contract

The likes of Hutchison and Delap may have had limited time if they were either us too.
Asking a decent price for McAtee isn't such a bad idea.

You might be right but we really should be doing better with our sales, in that case.
The academy is truly extraordinary at producing footballers who go on and shine and we should be using that in a much more forceful way than we seem to be capable of doing.
