looks absolutely terrible and unserious in a good way, makes me want to see it

Kark Urban is a bit old to be johnny cage but will bring the goods and give a usual class performane
New trailer for "Predator: Badlands"...
Thought AvP was decent actually and even James Cameron agreed with me!Finally a decent looking cross over of the AVP franchises.
And a film where the predator is the protagonist at last

No a trailer but this news of a future movie doesn't seem to have gone down well
Personally an adaptation of the judge child, or The Cal arc and the day the law died still with Karl Urban and Olivia Thirlby could work with Taiki directing, other stories maybe a grittier director is needed.
No new ideas in film-making anymore.
Looks like it might be worth seeing.
I try not to read a book that a film is based on before seeing the film. I like to approach the film without any preconceptions formed from reading the book. Look at the Jack Reacher films. They're decent enough films but in the books, Reacher is a bloody big fella. And let's just say Tom Cruise isn't!This one is on my list, I have read the short story hopefully the film lives up to the yarn.

Yeah; sometimes it's impossible to avoid reading the book if it's years before the film is announced, and you have no idea if there will be a film. Luckily, I haven't read this book.I liked the series and the films of Reacher , this long walk is a very old short story from 1979 it's taken them a while to put a film of it out there.
I just hope they do Stephen King justice.
I've read the book and wasn't particularly impressed with it.This one is on my list, I have read the short story hopefully the film lives up to the yarn.

It will be interesting to see how the film handles the end sequence though, if they leave it as it was in the book, as it's fairly ambiguous and open to interpretation.
