Being respectful, you need to read more about the reality and less of the uninformed.
The RAF have been reporting back, and that’s why the current government have been calling for a ceasefire form the start, why they have sanctioned members of the Israeli government, and been trying to talk the only person in the world who could stop Israel, into actually stopping them.
It’s a difficult watch, and many could’ve done more, but we, yes we, the UK, have absolutely no clout when it comes to Israel.
Israel have basically said that we are supporting Hamas, just because we have called them out for what they’re doing.
Just think about that for a second?

Riiiiiiight - so the RAF have been flying over Gaza regularly for the past 2 years to come back and say "Yep, genocide looks terrible again, call for a ceasefire and we'll have another fly over tomorrow". The RAF have (obviously) been providing intelligence for israel. And all the evidence that a ceasefire is required has been there from the start without requiring any input from the RAF anyway, so that's just nonsense. If the RAF
were actually reporting back in the interests of our own and not israel, israel would have banned them long ago. Like they banned journalists from entering Gaza to report on the genocide. Like they stopped reporters from filming from the 'aid' planes aerial views over Gaza literally yesterday.
Ceasefire - What use is calling for a ceasefire if we are going to continue to arm and provide intelligence for israel's genocide, which is what we've done throughout the genocide? The only use of calling for a ceasefire without doing anything about it (or actually doing the complete opposite in our case), is to provide soundbites that you're parroting that help cover for the israeli genocide. David lammy has tweeted numerous times throughout this genocide how concerned he is, whilst actually doing fuck all. It's bullshit. It's propaganda. And it's cover for the genocide. The arms export licenses were another example of this, where we suspended round about a tenth of them and continued supplying the other 90% or so - the press will cover this as "UK suspends arms to Israel" (e.g
Link) when in actual fact we've done fuck all. Both the press and our politicians have done their bit to cover for the israeli genocide.
As for sanctions on the israeli government - again these were ineffective nonsense - we sanctioned far right nutjobs Ben‑Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich. And we've still got the fat genocidal psycopath tzipi hotovely running round schmoozing with our top politicians - she should have been the first person booted out. Without question. Yet she's still schmoozing with our top politicians. And there have been no economic sanctions on israel (which is what might actually bother them), so the sanctions, yet again, were bullshit
"UK, have absolutely no clout when it comes to Israel", considering israel is completely out of control this is one point in which you aren't far off, but if that's the case then why the fuck have we got Labour friends of israel and Conservative friends of israel influencing our politicians? If we've no clout with them then why have they got clout with us? And that's not even going into the media figures working for/influenced by israel
Let's not rewrite history here with the angle of "oh we did our best" or "there's not much else we could have done". We've aided and covered for this genocide throughout. Don't come out with this after we've watched a live streamed genocide every day for the past (almost) 2 years and there are (what's left of) 2 million people living in some of the worst conditions imaginable as some of them starve to death after being bombed and shot for 2 years. People need to be held accountable
