Had a walk around the city centre with the grand-kids on Saturday and apart from avoiding Piccadilly Gardens the Sainsbury metros are a shit do too, blocking the doors shouting at anything moving.

Homeless people I have every sympathy for (Maybe it's the kinder face of Labour that should care but they obviously don't) but I can't abide scruffy stinking pissed up aggressive cunts who bother everyone with their shit.

I find it a depressing place whenever I'm over for a game. Even worse; is it classed as THE centre of Manchester (geographically speaking)? Albert Square, while not exactly the hanging gardens of Babylon, is a nicer spot, in my opinion.

Chalk and cheese. It's a pleasant spot to spend an hour or so. The Gardens isn't.

You can also Add St Peter's Square as well. If it's wet (rain in Manchester? Shirley not!), Central library is a great spot to kill an hour or two.

They’ve knocked some of it down to make the walkway from the tram stop into the middle of PG a lot wider.

The YouTubers and the chaps throwing the rocks - all of them - are as bad as each other. Sad fuckers hanging around trying to goad each other and then running off to tell the police when the other reacts.

They were chasing them round with their cameras in their faces solely looking for content.

If they had any integrity they’d subtly document the issues but from what I could see from the video they’re only about clicks and selfies.

Caw said we should have one and I completely agree. So any comments/suggestions on Berlin Wall's, evil bus stations, crappy hotels, badly placed offices, mobile toilets, fountains that dont squirt water, putting tram stations underground etc... in here :)

That DJE Media bloke is a proper dickhead.

He masquerades as someone who shows interesting street scenes and drone footage, but really the only thing he has a channel for is to get into and show as many confrontations with the public or people doing their jobs as he possibly can.

Unlike our resident drone footage lads on Bluemoon who show the North Stand developments who just stand well back away from the vicinity of the stadium, aren’t in the vicinity of any workers, see no need to speak to anyone for engagement and just show footage of the North Stand from different angles, this DJE bellend went annoying City staff, UEFA staff and the Police going on about his rights and what the law is.

He goes to random businesses to wind them up, skulking around filming their building and workers with his drone and then entices people to come out and confront him where he starts being smarmy about ‘it’s a public space, I’ll film what and where I want’. But he’s not showing anything of intestest, he’s just there to be a **** to people. Then the Police usually get called and he gets into arguments with them.

As I say, a proper dickhead.

First visit to the "Gardens" in a while yesterday.
Observed a rastafarian chap hurtling along the crowded pavements, deliberately bumping into people and then trying to kick off. He got right into the face of one young lad, screaming at him. The young lad managed to keep his cool.
