Plenty of players get loaned out or move before they make the grade. I don't see it's the end of their career although I don't think it's what they would have hoped for when they signed for City.

Probably not but it’s no big deal, next summer we should have plenty of room for them to come back, unlike previous years. Reis almost scertainly comes back,same as Nypan IMO. Echeverri slightly more doubt, depends partly on how good he is but also how he looks in comparison with Bobb, Foden and Cherki, this season, maybe Savinho too.
Both will benefit from regular football either way.

True, but not when they go to Girona though.

(I am obviously not being completely all too serious. Although I do have a point to make)
 
According to SSN Guehi is valued at 40m and the Scousers are saying no to it....

If that is the price then surely its something we should be looking at especially with the injury concerns around Stones, and Akanji?

Are they trying to play palace like they got played for Trent and soon Konate.

For 40 I think we should look at that. Will be tricky with the players still on the books and the young players we have ready and waiting.

Well Reis looks like he is going on loan so if that is the case he clearly aint ready...how many players have we seen disappear on loan (especially to Girona) and not come back?

We need defenders as Stones is so injury prone he played less minutes than fatty shaw at the rags last season I believe.

I am disappointed but at the same time I can see that it's logical. It's a case of good and bad. The strong get to take mental hits and bounce back.

They going to get him for free next season when Konate leaves. All part of the plan. Would only be number 3. Gomez should be enough for another season.

We were always keeping most of them. Only gundo and 1 of the centre backs were gone for certain in my estimations.

We’re thinking they are ageing players on huge contracts and nobody wants them so we have no choice.

Reis and Echeverri are young enough to be loaned and come back stronger next year when the old guard have left.

Might be a blessing in disguise.

Akanji is a perfect squad player, many fans are clueless about him: can pass with both feet, fitter, more available, and physically stronger than the other (experienced) defenders, can play FB on both sides and at CB. Perfect for a small squad, that is, for Pep.

Stones is Stones: might have several fantastic months and help us win things.
