That's what the crane is for.How did the fat **** get on the roof?

I wonder if he has a secondary job of jumping on the end of the strut that needs loweringThat's what the crane is for.
A plaited crown would finish the wonky roof beam off perfectly.Thatch would have been better for the environment
There is room to drive around the pitch at CoMS if needed.Spurs’ double pitch arrangement means that they can bring truck into the pitch when required.
We have the same problem at SJP, the stage is at the Gallowgate end, where as the tunnel access is at the Leazes end. Everything has to be hand balled to the opposite side.
Dont see the additional revenue, how many more seats is there in the North Stand? I also think you loose more on the corners Im also guessing the attendance has a limitWe could get bogged down with the stage discussion.
Ultimately the stage can be put at either end of the pitch. There's nothing to stop that happening.
The logical end would be the North stand as it's next to the access tunnel.(I have been in there a few times)
With the expansion of the North stand and the additional revenue it would generate compared to the South stand for concerts, there certainly is a discussion to be had about which end of the Etihad the stage should be located.
We'll find out next Summer.
I'm going down to the Etihad today. I'll take some pictures.
Which roofs ? Are we getting solar on the stadium ?No doubt a stupid question and no doubt been asked before but why don't they cover all the roofs in Solar Panels?
They’ve done it elsewhere. Seems logical to do it here.No doubt a stupid question and no doubt been asked before but why don't they cover all the roofs in Solar Panels?
Same spec but new material , don’t forget the roof either side is 24 yrs old !!The roof looks different to the other ones in terms of colour or material ?

Hotel and Fan Zone won't be ready for gigs next summerI touched on it before.
I'm just basing my thoughts on an additional 2000 seats(at £100 each), the floating 3rd tier, the Restaurant, 700 GA+ seats, the hotel rooms with balconies inside the North stand, the access in and out of the fan zone and the large drinking hall in the North stand before, during, and after the concert, all the other bars inside the north stand, etc. That doesn't mean I'm right.
I'll ask the tour guide next week about the returning concerts and what end he or she thinks the stage will be at. It might be an indicator?
Yep, 2005 tour. Stage at North Stand, 100%Oasis when I saw them at the Etihad was definitely at the North Stand
Solar require plenty of sun, this roof is being constructed in Manchester. No doubt a stupid question and no doubt been asked before but why don't they cover all the roofs in Solar Panels?
Not quite true ! Yes the output from them is higher in sunshine they still produce electricity from ambient light ie in overcast conditionSolar require plenty of sun, this roof is being constructed in Manchester.
The new screen is lower then I expected, those seats underneath will have to go I would think
