Why did Ferrari pit Leclerc early. They always fuck up the strategy.

Apparently Ferrari underfueled the car by quite a bit (which is fine if you remove the 'right' amount as you lose lap time constantly by having fuel in the car weighing it down when you don't actually need it)

But the biggest issue was that they didn't tell Leclerc they had underfueled the car until a sizable portion into the race. So now he's frantically fuel saving and losing loads of time.

Wouldn’t surprise me if their mechanics accidentally grabbed a bottle of Prosecco instead of petrol and put that in the tank instead they’re that clueless.

Don't think he'll have any defense to be honest. If he defends the inside into turn 1 Oscar will steam around the outside or get the inside line for turn 2. If he doesn't defend Piastri will do him into turn 1.
