They are the most protected club in the Premier League, as last season showed. Any other club would have been relegated with that squad
The unofficial rule that came in towards the end of last season.
Teams that play man utd aren't allowed to finish the game with 11 men.
Fuckin hell, 1 was sent off from Bournemouth against them and the Premier League was apologising to him after the final whistle (and after the rags had secured a point).
Lets see how many times the 'lickle butcher' gets away with 2 footed lunges and stamps again this season.
Just compare that with Rico Lewis getting sent off for..... being fouled.

It makes me want to vomit at how bent the Premier League is around those cunts

The biggest thing I see at United is a haphazard, almost desperate, approach to recruitment, and the bloom being off the rose with other clubs.

There is no fear in going to Old Trafford anymore, and tbf we faced a little of that last season at the Etihad. Amorim, while successful abroad, has been ineffective so far, but much of that is the dross he was left to deal with.

As Amorim starts to develop his own team, built around his own beliefs, we might see a different United. However, if Amorim is given the money to build his own team and fails, United might literally be a spent force.

Their stadium needs an expensive rebuild and /or reinvestment, their public profile, much to the chagrin of their blanket coverage of ex-player punditry and fawning by the established football media outlets, is diminishing rapidly in an era of growth and success by City, Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea, and they are in danger of becoming a Spurs…without a brand new stadium printing money!

It's all those little things you don't see from the controlling match officials

The one that stands out is the linesman flag going up early to stop play against them, only for the same Linesman to keep it down and allowing it to go on to create a chance or get a corner

Another pen.
It was very soft. No way that was given in the other box! Neverton should have been 2 up before that pen. At least they got level before h/t. It rags field that team v Arsenal first game they’ll get mullered!

Out of boredom am watching a bit of their game tonight. After some of the media hype about Amorim recently and their pre-season results so far, I wondered if they were actually building something. Am pleased to report that they look as bad as ever. PSG must still be laughing that they got that fee for Ugarte.

Ugarte & the over rated Mainoo in centre mid are a disaster!

Watched 50 minutes of it and I can report
That little shit amad is gonna fall down everytime you go near him in the box.
Never a penalty.
Mbeumo did fuckall apart from give the ball away, tbf it was his first game for a while as he looked fucked after 30 minutes plus he’d give shaw a run for his money with that gut.
Ugarte is dogshit loses the ball everytime.
Only penandes looked ok as usual and I mean just ok. Basically they’re just as bad as they always have been.
Only a friendly though lol.

“These stadiums are always full when utd are playing”…
Obviously bullshit. Not the same pull nowadays

I always remember an interview from years ago Steve, it was either one of the Glazers or Woodward who argued the American business model doesn't rely on continued success to drive the brand and commercial revenues.

They cited IIRC the New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox as being teams that everyone knew even though they hadn't won their respective "championships" for decades.

I don't even know which sports the Yankees and Red Sox play but it gives an insight into the American sports mentality. The shit rag bastards still create high commercial revenues despite being shit bastards.
