It does look too defined between skin and lifted shirtThat has to be altered surely?
This is the crux of the debate around the rags being too big to be relegated. They cited IIRC the New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox as being teams that everyone knew even though they hadn't won their respective "championships" for decades.
I don't even know which sports the Yankees and Red Sox play but it gives an insight into the American sports mentality. The shit rag bastards still create high commercial revenues despite being shit bastards.
What it also doesn't take into account is that sporting 'failure' for Yankees and Red Sox can't result in relegation/removal from the top tier.I always remember an interview from years ago Steve, it was either one of the Glazers or Woodward who argued the American business model doesn't rely on continued success to drive the brand and commercial revenues.

good job promoted clubs are limited to what they can spendWhat it also doesn't take into account is that sporting 'failure' for Yankees and Red Sox can't result in relegation/removal from the top tier.
Yep but the original doesn't look fantastic. It didn't really need to be edited. That has to be altered surely?

It's the next best thing to no relegation/no promotiongood job promoted clubs are limited to what they can spend
whoever wrote the rules was a genius
Looks like he needed a little snack and the only option was the bottom of his rag shirt.![]()

He also seemed happy not to go back and book Ratcunt for scrapping in the lead up to Everton's equaliser.
This is the crux of the debate around the rags being too big to be relegated.
People assume that the size of the club is synonymous with success. When pundits and commentators (there are no journalists anymore) use that tired worn-out rhetoric that Manchesniteh are too big a club to be relegated.
They are confusing the commercial revenues they bring in with success on the pitch. The two are exclusive.
The rags are experiencing an existential crisis which goes far beyond football. They are heading towards a lack of identity which is creating a void on and off the pitch and many of their fans (the ones who know the difference between football and hockey) are becoming disenfranchised.
This won't make that much of a difference initially, regarding their income streams. However, once the name of their club becomes more synonymous with the New York Stock Exchange than it does football, then even those fans (associates) who have never seen a football pitch will eventually lose interest.

Cannot find it now.Post the original then
It is. The editor has stretched the skin and blurred the grassy area around him. His naval area is also the same size as a washing machine door window. It’s edited
A ground share deal with THEM!The value of the club has got so big that no one would be stupid enough to buy the club out right from the Glazers. And that value 20 odd years ago led the Glazers to leverage buy the club saddling it with the problems it has where there is little money left to spend outside of the actual football operation.
Old Trafford being allowed to fall into the state of disrepair and the huge amount of capital and effort to get their new stadium built could be another huge millstone around the clubs neck that they won’t recover from, if it actually gets built at all.
They enjoyed slagging off the Etihad calling it the council house. They got offered a co sharing arrangement with City for a much bigger stadium on the same site from Manchester Council as part of the failed Olympic bid. I wonder if there is now regret within the club that they didn’t explore that avenue rather than now showing off pie in the sky designs but no backers willing to give them the money to build it?
That's the problem, the Premier League is taking football backwards, to keep the rags in the circle and relevant. It’s as though the footballing 90’s and 00’s never left.
