Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

i am genuinely done - had a season ticket since age 6 - 50 next year - rang u yesterday to say how do i download my season ticket - they said stopped me having one as i missed too many games last season. i missed about 6 as i am no tech geek i cant be arsed with all the transferring to people and putting back on webiste bollox.

Made my mind up for me City - 44 years! well done.
 
The whole thing is like a Brian Rix farce. How can a so called professional organisation act like a bunch of complete amateurs?
Erm, probably because they are complete amateurs. There's been a number of times they've done something without consulting City Matters properly, then had to do a u-turn when the consequences we warned them about when they told us what they were going to do, became clear. Or they've done something CM were broadly OK with then communicated it badly.

When Roel De Vries started, he was full of the 'Integrate Fan Experience' he was going to undertake, which was a big programme to ensure that there was an integrated and holistic approach to the overall fan experience. Except he never involved any actual fans in this work, if it's still even going. I suspect Soriano probably killed it, as he doesn't give one single fuck about our fans. Consequently the 'fan experience' has got worse, not better.

I only have my season ticket and 2 people in my Friends & Family.

There is something obviously wrong with my account.

And why do they say download your season ticket when I have already done it?

Bunch of utter tossers. I had problems with the shop when they took my money for the special anniversary limited edition shirt and then were oversubscribed. That all ended up with a data protection breach when they sent out a pitiful apology of an email that listed all the recipients. Got a £100 voucher as compensation and have never bought anything from the Club since.

The people running our great club are really doing my head in.

I have got the same message....but if I delete my son and daughter in friends and family (Both season ticket holders)-what happens in the unlikely event we get to a Cup final etc - when I want to purchase seats together and previously it gave you the option of purchasing friends and family tickets ?

When you 'buy' the product for the 3 non-members, each of the three 'tickets' is initially assigned to you. You then have to edit each ticket to assign it to the person you want to. Then when you've done that, it'll process your list.

Good point just shows you what a complete balls-up the Club have made of this.

Why would you delete people in your F&F list?

Clear as mood, sorry not getting at you but nothing is straight forward.

When you 'buy' the product for the 3 non-members, each of the three 'tickets' is initially assigned to you. You then have to edit each ticket to assign it to the person you want to. Then when you've done that, it'll process your list.
The problem was it would not assign it to me as they claimed I had too many assigned already. The screen used to flash between two screens and then stick a number 1 in my basket even though I hadn’t pressed buy. If I then pressed buy, it flashed between two screens and increased my basket to 2, but still wouldn’t let me proceed because of the “too many assigned message”.

I am not computer illiterate as I used to program IBM System.34 and System.36 computers with the RPG Language. At my current age of 79 I could come up with a better program and user interface than this pile of utter garbage.
 
Just had another email from the club:


This season you will be able transfer tickets to Cityzens Official Members, as well as three fans who do not have a Cityzens Official Membership.



In order to get some fans without a Cityzen Official Membership listed in time for the start of the season, we are encouraging Season Ticket Members to nominate up to three selected non-members before the first nomination window closes at 5pm, Monday 11th August.



This is because non-members will need to be nominated in this way in order to receive a transferred ticket.



But don’t worry, if you would prefer, you can register one, two or three of your non-members later in the season when we open a second window for fans in October.



There will also be another window in the second half of the Premier League season. More information on both windows will be issued ahead of their opening.



Please note, once you have nominated three non-members, you won’t be able to swap them for other fans unless there are extenuating personal circumstances which require you to do so. If this is the case, please contact our Access team.



In the meantime, you can continue to list as many Cityzens Official Members as you please throughout the course of the season
 
@Prestwich_Blue mentioned that City Matters had gone back to City urging them to make changes having had hardly any consultation time. Looks like they’ve listened.
Interesting how they don’t mention Seasoncard holder to Seasoncard holder in the email.
Hopefully dialogue still ongoing.
But I won’t hold my breath.
 
Why can’t they just scrap the whole window idea and leave it open to a maximum 3 non members which can be added at anytime?

I don’t want to add anyone now and if/when I need to, I won’t know until closer to the time (whenever that may be) who I want to add yet!

They are over complicating the whole thing. I get they want to limit transfers to non members but at least give us some degree of flexibility for god’s sake.

Produce a step by step video so we can see what we actually have to do to accomplish this.
