Went to supporters hub on the day of Dortmund game and they printed a paper ticket for a mate. You can ring/email fan support or use X to give authority.Help please anyone , we can’t make the West Ham match and want to send our two season tickets to a nominated friends and family member . However he wants both our season tickets to be transferred. Can I send one via ticket transfer to his named account and the other to a different F &F member and they forward the e mail it to him so he gets two tickets? ( p.s. thanks City for making this so difficult!)
