No mention of TWGC? Some mistake surely? Standards at the Beeb are slipping.
They left the door open with ‘someone else’ as a vote option.

The amazing thing was that there was no mention whatsoever of manshernitid in the article, Mr Begley walking on thin ice.

Really funny that they've spent so much on their attack and strikers while having an absolutely dogshit midfield. Especially when Interim's system depends on the midfield.

Ratcliffe be hoping they can push for 5th for champions league and why he is splashing the cash! They’ll probably push for a goalie a midfielder spend another 100m+

Think this new set up they’ve done regarding the “organisation of there finances” have giving them a big financial boost!
Is that going to be a permanent thing now?
Finishing in the top five gets you a place in the champions league?

I thought it was a one-off thing last season.

More and more people are beginning to see this now. Although why it has taken them so long I'll never know. Right from the first announcement of the new plans you could tell it was solely to curtail the ambitions of us and others in a similar position. It's main purpose was to consolidate the power of the red tops and ensure the rich got richer and the lesser known clubs went out of business.
People see it now for what it is, a blatant manipulation of the rules that has been systematically carried out to benefit you-know-who.
Yes. It was blatantly obvious from the very start as you rightly say.

How fans of other clubs and those shrewd folk in our unbiased and neutral media couldn't see it is astounding.

When financial fair play was introduced I cannot or will not accept that I was the only person in the UK who was shouting:

"Where was this fair play rule when the rags were winning everything?"

Just read on the mail online that there’s a rag who set up a gofundme to raise money for the Baleba signing, that’s the supposedly biggest club in the world for you.

I see Burnham is openly talking about a Compulsory Purchase Order for the Freightliner land.
Trump and his mob could learn a lot from the rags and their mates.

In fact, the Mafia, the Colombian Cartels, Ted Bundy and that Ozzie woman that killed her family with poisoned mushrooms could learn from these shit house rats.

Surely Burnhams ridiculous claims about the land value would come under scrutiny in court if they proceed.

You can’t say it’s that valuable that it could create billions in return & 90k jobs but try & buy it for $40m.

David Gill says hi
If this is going to be a regular thing going forward; then, I think we can safely say that MCFC has well and truly fucked up the status quo in this country and abroad.

This is what happens when the cartel try and punch above their weight.

How many more rule changes is it going to take before they concede and realise that we're not going away?

It's a good yarn to stretch out on here, but FFP came from the Bundesliga, and was quickly adopted by Ligue1 who had the ear of Platini. You could say that they pushed hard for it to be adopted across Europe, mainly because they could see the rise of the PL and where all the money was flowing. Leeds United and Portsmouth going into administration was the straw that broke the camels back and the PL clubs with money only gave it a cursory glance. The term "to live within your means" was reiterated in media soundbites, but FFP morphed into something else when the middle east started getting involved, and then it wasn't just a failsafe for smaller clubs, but more of a lid placing on the top a potential threat to the status quo.

It has since backfired massively on them, because they now have billionaire owners who can't spend any money. All kit deals and sponsorship contracts are massively scrutinised.

Newcastle United could literally blow everyone else out of the water, but they are not allowed to spend the money, which is hilarious.

SO obvious if you look back at how many rules have been changed /brought in since we qualified for the CL....co-efficient changes , pot 1 seedings , CL draw changes including tv scheduling ( will never forget when only Cruj were left for us to draw only for them to be given to the rags and we got dortmund instead due to tv scheduling ?) even the format has changed ,uefa winners....top 5 last season and now talks about including a place for 'history ' clubs..still no one in the media mentions conflicts of interest and Gill
