I think reijnders and bernie play as 2 sitters with gundo in the 10. Me personally would play bernie and gonzalez as sitters with reijnders in the 10.

That would be. complete waste of Reijnders for starters....we have a perfectly good no.6 and Pep needs to use him

If yesterday is anything to go by then we are more of a 4-2-3-1 to at least start the season, both full backs pushing on.

Pep will be tempted to start Cherki but I think he will play safe with being away from home first game.

Team selection is probably pretty tough right now. Sounds like Rodri won't be starting, Kovacic is still out and Foden is potentially a doubt.

I'll take the same result as last season, just without the drama!

I think this lineup makes the most sense. Wanna see Phil get back to who we know he is but he needs to get back into the flow to crack the 11.

Fair enough. I actually want more in the middle, I don't Bernardo stuck out wide but your probably right that it lacks some balance.

Not sure what to predict for us - think its a tough place to go first game of season but we’ve had a poor poor pre season and still a couple players short and if you start well, settle into the game it’ll only end one way.
I’m saying arias to get his first official goal for wolves but you’ll be too good for us. 1-3.

Hi mate, I'm hoping your right but we've had a few slip ups at your place, so I'm takin' nothing for granted in this game .... our pre-season hasn't given us any real 'pointers' as to how well we'll do in a league game, we've 'shipped' a few goals, and Wolves are just so unpredictable, so i've got no idea what to expect from them ..... still, i've just been browsing Wikipedia and according to that site Erling Haaland has scored 85 goals in 97 appearances for City, so i'm guessin' that you won't be lookin forward to seeing him down there, eh???

Dont think he should be first pick..he has to come in and earn it..not just be given it.

Ederson is still vital to the way we play. Its an impossible job so unfair to judge Trafford in this way but he aint close to being as good as Ederson with his feet...teams will press us more with Trafford in goals and while this new team is starting to gel (especially the likes of Reijnders, Gonzales and RAN and Khusonov) Id rather have Ederson there for his distribution and ability with his passing out from the back than Trafford....

Let the team get settled first without removing one huge component of it first
